When is the 'Our Storybook' product shipping?
All Storybooks will ship by October 22nd.
When is the 2019 Dream Planners shipping?
All Storybooks will ship by October 31st.
When are the Fall boxes shipping?
All Fall boxes will ship by October 31st.
What is your refund policy?

How do I fill out the front pages? (Dream Planning, Refocus Cloud, Heart Check, Etc.)

Can I make a change to my shipping address, email, or payment information?
Please triple check your info before you order. Once it ships, the order will arrive at the address you listed. If you placed an order and realized you put the wrong info, please email us as soon as possible. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Do you ship internationally?
We have partnered with Amazon.com to ship products internationally. We send select inventory to Amazon monthly. Click here to see what Amazon has in stock!
How long does shipping take?
We ship out most orders within 2-3 business days. We offer priority & standard shipping options. Priority will arrive in 2-3 days after it is shipped. Standard will arrive 4-6 days after it is sent.

Do you offer small business coaching?
We have in the past. Right now we are not taking any more students. Our founder is preparing for her first baby and focusing on the new season ahead! If you want to get first dibs on when the next small business coaching opportunity arises, you can sign up here!
Do you have a subscription box?
We did for 2018. We are no longer accepting membership for our seasonal or annual subscription box. We will not be doing a 2019 subscription box, but look forward to doing it again in 2020! Stay tuned.
Are you accepting affiliate or influencer partnerships?

Do you create custom products for events?
We do! We have created custom planners and journals for Trinity church, Hillsong church, Liberty Church, and the She Is conference. Custom products take time so, please reach out 6+ months before your event. The sooner, the better, we promise. Email us at email@example.com
Do you do any discounts for bulk orders?
Certainly! Many people enjoy doing bulk orders for their small group at church. (especially our Soap Bible Study) If you want to reach out about a custom bulk discount, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer wholesale discounts to retail shops?

Do you have a retail location where I can stop in and not pay for shipping?
We do not have a retail location, but we do have a warehouse. It is located in Casselberry, Florida. You are welcome to make an appointment and come by! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org use the subject: APPOINTMENT REQUEST. We will find a time that works and see you in person!
