Now Hiring: Print School Operations Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Remote | Independent Contractor (1099) | ~20 hrs/week | Starts June 2026

About this role

Print School helps creators design, print, and sell luxury paper products — planners, journals, devotionals, and more. We are a small, faith-forward team that genuinely cares about our students, and we are looking for a reliable Operations Assistant to cover a 6-month contract! 

This is a great fit if you love a good checklist, thrive in a remote environment, and want to support something meaningful without a demanding schedule. At around 20 hours per week, this role is designed to fit your life — with one exception: the week of September 14, we will need you available for a full week to support a promotional event (30-40 hours). We are growth oriented and there may be a chance the six months could be extended, this is not guaranteed. 

What you will be doing

Supporting the day-to-day rhythm of Print School — monitoring student communications, helping with live calls, keeping systems and records organized, and jumping in on light admin tasks as our team needs you.

  • Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment

Experience with online course platforms or community tools is a bonus, not a requirement. We will train the right person.

Compensation and schedule

  • Contract type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • June (30-day trial): $15/hour
  • July – December: $18/hour
  • Hours: ~20 hrs/week, Monday – Friday, within a 9am – 5pm EST window
  • One high-demand week: September 14 – up to 40 hours that week
