ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to join the Horacio Printing Company team. The primary mission of the assistant is to serve me and my business by providing detail-oriented and consistent support in the customer service role. This role will primarily entail inbox management, podcast/partnership management and revenue growth strategies. This role is built to grow based on the needs of the business and the strengths of the team member.

OUTCOMES:

  • Quick and caring customer service/relations. 
  • Support new revenue streams by performing research and administrative tasks. 
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the systems and processes within the business.
  • Podcast calendar and communication management. 
  • Potential for expanded responsibilities including graphic design, marketing, public relations, and Pinterest. 

MUSTS:

  • Be very friendly.
  • Love organizing. We are looking for extreme attention to detail.
  • Have inbox management experience. (canned responses, labels, and folders are your jam) 
  • Love Horacio Printing!
  • Have a flexible work schedule. 
  • Be a self-starter! A go-getter! A let's do this gal! This role is performance-based and designed to grow you and scale up! If you love measurement and hitting goals, this will be your jam!

 


THE GIG:
Here is the deal! We am looking for a part-time freelancer for this role. 5-7 hours per week to start. This role has room to grow in hours and hourly wage, based on hitting our desired outcomes. Starting salary is $15 per hour.
